What is holistic nutrition?

Holistic nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet and considers the individual as a whole, including all aspects of his/her lifestyle-  This natural approach incorporates emotional, spiritual, mental  and physical health to create a state of well-being for optimum health. Holistic nutrition incorporates natural food approach for chronic health conditions.

What is Pn1?

Precision Nutrition (Pn1) is a research-based, life changing, personal nutrition and lifestyle coaching for everyone. The fundamental elements of nutrition, movement, recovery, self care and simply living well transform people's bodies, outlook, relationships, and experiences.  

I have never been to the gym and don't know where to start?

No gym experience?- No problem. You are in the right place. I will hold your hand and walk with you on this journey . You will have my undivided attention and support during each training session and after. 

I am not ready for exercise, but know I need to adjust my diet to maintain my health conditions.

Thank you for making the first step towards enhancing your health. After all everyone has a reason to be healthy. I applaud you for taking action.

I don't have time to workout. How can you help?

Yes! I know how busy our schedules can get. I have been in a corporate world for over 15 years and I am also a mom. Trust me, I have seen it all! This is why you have an option of express training. Take advantage of a quick 30 minute workout to maximize your time and effort.

I'm a recreational athlete and an active individual. How will I benefit from your services?

We are humans first and then athletes. Together we will identify nutritional imbalances that keep you from reaching further. Did you know that intense exercise depletes certain nutrients, increases cortisol levels and puts more stress on your adrenals and digestion? I will help you support your body with proper foods that are right for you and challenge you with new set of exercises. 

We will explore the importance of stretching for injury prevention, self care routine and mindfulness to complete your routine.  

My goal is to lose weight. How can you help me?

Weight loss is one of the happy benefits of FitNutrition's programs. . Nutrition that is right for you, that addresses the underlying imbalances, combined with a suitable level of physical activity will set you on the right path to your desired weight.  ONE BITE, ONE STEP program is just what you need. 

How do I choose the program that is right for me?

After our first discovery call, we will discuss the best program that suits your goals.  

Can I bring a friend to workout with?

Absolutely! the more the merrier. Bring one friend for free for that extra peer pressure, and try the SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING program. After all, anything that makes a workout fun is a positive thing.

Will I have fun?

Absolutely! Work hard and have fun is our motto.
